The August 2008 edition of 2nd Alarm is now available. In this episode, we'll focus on summer fire safety. Fire Marshal Lisa Jones has tips to keep your and your home safe around the barbecue. We'll also tell you about Firewise landscaping and how it can protect your home in a wildfire. Also, we will introduce you to the Spokane Fire Department's C.A.R.E.S program and tell you why it is such a unique program for the Department.
