The nature of this fire is classified as accidental and caused by overheated/malfunctioning wiring. 11/16/2011 at 722 South Jefferson Street. The nature of this fire is classified as accidental and caused by overheated/malfunctioning wiring. 11/16/2011 at 2002 South Inland Empire Way. The nature of this fire is classified as accidental and caused by smoking materials. This incident resulted in two fatalities; Ralph Skjothaug 72 years old and Sharon Fischer 70 years old. 11/18/2011 at 1722 West Bridge Avenue. The nature of this fire is classified as accidental and caused by overheated/malfunctioning wiring.
