Media Advisory: Neighborhood canvasing for health and safety

Tomorrow, personnel from the Spokane Fire Department (SFD) and volunteers from the American Red Cross will be canvassing the West Central neighborhood passing out education information including a door hanger detailing heart attack and stroke warning signs. Information about the upcoming Health Education Fair will also be passed out.
Members of the media interested in attending tomorrow’s canvasing event and/or wanting an interview can contact Jamie McIntyre, SFD’s Community Risk Reduction Manager, at 509-435-7058.

Location: Spokane Fire Station 3 at 1713 W. Indiana Ave.
