On Tuesday August 23, 2011 at 8:49PM 3 Companies of Spokane Firefighters, two Type 1 Structural Engines and one Type 6 Brush under the direction of Battalion Chief Moline responded to the area of Government Way and Clarke for a reported brush fire. The fire was patrolled by SFD companies throughout the night and this morning to assure its extinguishment.
