April "2nd Alarm" - Disaster Preparedness for the Specific Needs Population

A major emergency in our region will dramatically impact us all. But for those who are more vulnerable, there will be an even greater risk or being “left out or left behind”. The traditional “first responders” from Fire and Law Enforcement agencies will be taxed to the limit and will simply not have resources to help everyone. Individuals must become able to help themselves and others in their circle of care.
