NARRATIVE: The Spokane Fire Department's Special Investigation Unit (SIU) has made two arrests related to the fire on 08/24/2010 at 1524 E. Pacific Avenue. A 19 y/o male (Brandon M. Winham) and one 17 y/o male were booked into the Spokane County Jail on a charge of Arson in the 1st Degree. Additional criminal charges are possible against the defendants. The investigation remains 'open' and additional arrests are also possible.
