Narrative:
The SIU has released the cause of the 1914 West 1st Avenue Second Alarm Fire. The incident was determined to be Accidental (Human Caused Carelessness). The fire originated in Unit 4, in or near a fabric covered recliner chair located approximately in the middle of the room.
