Narrative:
The nature of the structure fire at 2524 North Haven on 03/16/2012 was ruled accidental and the cause determined to be combustible items placed too close to a working fireplace (used as the tenants sole source of heat). A children's cloth covered "la-z-boy" style chair was placed within 2 feet of the fire place and a plastic child's table also placed within 2 feet-far too close.
