Arson Fire Follow-up

Narrative:
The structure fire at 324 East Rich, occurring Christmas morning at 0605 hours has been determined as arson. Upon arrival, first due companies observed a smoke filled house with an incoherent occupant inside. The fires on the building's interior were not extending; however, several were smoldering which resulted in lots of smoke and heat. The investigator identified at least twelve items that were set on fire inside the home.
The occupant (43 year old Jeffrey A. Stephens) was arrested and charged with Arson 1st and he is scheduled for his first appearance at 1330, today (Wednesday).
