Narrative:
The Spokane Fire Department's Special Investigation Unit (SIU) made an arrest over the weekend in relation to a recent fire in the Cooper George Apartments. The suspect, Donald Quigley, was arrested for attempted Arson 1st Degree. Quigley was seen by several tenants of the Cooper George attempting to light a phone book in a hallway with a disposable lighter. Quigley also the prime suspect in other fires that have taken place in the Cooper George.
